AT A GLANCE

The short version. We use information when it is needed to operate the features you request, understand reliability, respond to support questions, keep people and systems safe, meet legal duties, or deliver permitted advertising. The details involved depend on the service, your choices, and the permissions available on your device or platform.

SCOPE

This notice applies to the software applications, online functions, support channels, and related digital services made available by LOTVINA. It is written to explain the information flows that can accompany those services before you move into the detailed sections.

01  About this notice

This Privacy Policy describes how LOTVINA (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, keep, share, and otherwise handle information when you use our applications, online features, support channels, or related digital services (together, the "Services").

The Services do not all offer the same tools. Information connected with one experience may therefore differ from information connected with another. A feature prompt, permission screen, or additional notice is part of this Policy when it is shown to you.

02  Information we receive

Details you choose to send

When you contact support, report a problem, send feedback, or turn on an optional account or profile feature, you may choose to provide contact details, the text of your request, and anything else you include. We use what you send to answer the request or operate the feature you selected.

Device and network signals

Your device, operating system, or distribution platform can make technical signals available while a Service is running. Depending on the platform, these may include device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, network type, Internet Protocol address, application version, device-linked identifiers, and advertising identifiers.

Activity, performance, and diagnostics

We may receive records about feature interactions, session timing, preferences, approximate area inferred from an IP address, errors, crashes, loading behavior, and other performance events. These records help us locate faults, keep the Services stable, understand broad usage patterns, and look into suspicious activity.

Signals from platforms and partners

A distribution platform may send transaction confirmation, entitlement status, or details needed to restore access. Organizations that support analytics, advertising, attribution, hosting, customer service, security, or fraud prevention may also provide information connected with the work they perform for the Services.

03  Why we use information

Delivering the requested experience. Information can be used to provide a function, remember a setting when appropriate, maintain compatibility, restore eligible access, or troubleshoot a technical failure.

Making the Services better. Usage and diagnostic signals can show us whether features are reliable, how they perform, whether a change works, and where future improvements are needed.

Keeping users and systems safe. We may review information to identify fraud, cheating, abuse, unauthorized access, security threats, or conduct that could harm people, property, or the Services.

Staying in touch. Contact and request details let us answer questions, investigate reports, provide support, and send important service or policy messages.

Advertising and measurement. Where permitted, identifiers and activity signals may help deliver, attribute, limit frequency, and measure advertising or promotional content.

Fulfilling legal duties. We may use information to follow applicable rules, respond to lawful demands, establish or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, and enforce relevant terms.

04  When a legal basis is needed

Depending on where you are and what is happening, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or provide a requested function, may support our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, may rely on your consent, or may be required by law. If consent is the basis, you can withdraw it through an available control or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before you changed your choice.

05  Tools operated by other organizations

The Services may include software development kits and similar technologies supplied by other organizations. They can support hosting, analytics, attribution, advertising, crash reporting, customer support, security, or fraud detection. Based on the tool and your settings, its operator may receive identifiers, device details, usage events, or diagnostic information.

An outside operator may set its own processing practices. Review that operator's privacy notice and the controls offered by your device, platform, consent interface, or account settings. LOTVINA does not control the privacy practices of services run independently by others.

06  When information can be shared

We may make information available to vendors and contractors that work for us, including providers of infrastructure, measurement, advertising, support, security, or fraud-prevention services. They are expected to use information for the contracted purpose and to follow applicable requirements.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to follow law or valid legal process, protect rights, safety, or property, investigate misuse, enforce applicable terms, or respond to an emergency. If LOTVINA or relevant assets are involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer, information may be part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

We may produce and use aggregated or de-identified information for operational, research, analytical, or reporting purposes when it cannot reasonably be connected back to an individual.

07  Your available controls

Device and platform settings may let you manage notifications, location access, storage access, advertising identifiers, and other permissions. You may be able to reset an identifier, limit certain advertising uses, or revoke a permission. A disabled permission can prevent the related feature from working as intended.

If the Service shows an in-app consent or privacy control, you can use it to change your selection. You can also contact us about a privacy choice. In some places, disclosures used for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money changes hands; any applicable opt-out will be offered through the relevant interface, device or platform control, or request process.

08  Storage, retention, and deletion

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was handled, including operating the Services, maintaining security, providing support, meeting legal requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing terms. The period depends on the information category, the reason for processing, operational needs, and legal requirements.

When continued retention is no longer justified, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or aggregate the information. Temporary copies may remain in protected backups until the normal rotation or overwrite cycle is complete.

09  Security and international handling

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to lower the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or loss. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

Information may be handled in a country other than the country where you live. Privacy laws differ. When an international transfer requires safeguards, we use measures intended to provide an appropriate level of protection.

10  Children and age-related protections

The Services are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from a child where the law requires parent or guardian consent and that consent has not been given. If you believe a child provided personal information without the authorization required where they live, please contact us. We will review the report and take appropriate action.

11  Rights that may apply where you live

Local law may give you rights over personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of certain processing, or an objection to particular uses. You may also be able to withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. The rights and exceptions available to you depend on the jurisdiction and the circumstances.

To make a request, email lotfianigro56@gmail.com and explain the help you need. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm identity, protect other people, and prevent unauthorized requests. We will respond within the timelines and limits established by applicable law. Using an applicable privacy right will not result in unlawful discriminatory treatment.

12  Changes to this notice

We may revise this Policy when our practices, technology, legal requirements, or Services change. A revised version will show a new effective date and will be made available through an appropriate channel. Any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided before the relevant change takes effect.
